Students whose applications are approved by the home university and by the summer school’s organiser (JU) will receive a CEEPUS scholarship to participate in the school.
- Travel costs to and from Krakow should be arranged with and refunded with the home university of each student.
- A stipend to cover accommodation and board costs in Krakow will be paid by JU upon arrival.
Those who have applied through the www.ceepus.info system and have been selected to participate in GEOHSS will receive a scholarship in accordance with the CEEPUS rules.

Students who participate in the school may choose to search for accommodation themselves or lodge at the JU student dormitory Żaczek (cost: 60 PLN per night in a double or triple room with shared bathrooms) – website: https://zaczek.hotelestudenckie.pl/en/
Applicants have to indicate their wish to make use of the student dormitory no later than on May 15, 2022.
