1 EUR = 4.33 PLN, 1 USD = 4.01 PLN (exchange rate of 14.12.2023). The conference fees amounts in EUR or USD will depend on the exchange rate applicable on the payment date.

The fees include the credit card transaction surcharges. In case of the bank transfer payment participants are obliged to cover all the bank charges. Further details will be available in the registration system.

and refers to the attendance in the conference during one of the following days: 6, 7 or 8 May 2024.

Please note, that you do not have to settle the payment immediately after completing the registration. The early fee can be paid anytime till February 15th, 2024.
